Our premier experience package is here and is now available on selected shows.

The Suite Experience can be booked from 1 to 18 guests so you can bring friends, family or colleagues for a night to remember.

Included in your package is:

- 2 course meal in L2 Restaurant

- Drink on arrival – Pint of draught beer or cider, a glass of house wine or soft drink

- Watch the show from your seats on Level 1 balcony

- Access to a shared private suite where you can relax after your meal and before the show, with a bar facility available

We have hosted everyone from Dolly Parton to Babymetal and Lee Evans to Sarah Millican so we are sure there is the perfect event for you. With over 100 events per year (on average), you will be spoilt for choice at the Utilita Arena Cardiff.

The package includes:

  •  entry via the Hospitality entrance (underneath the front canopy) where you can beat the queues

  • a complementary drink on arrival

  • a pre-show 2-course meal in our L2 restaurant

  • seating in one of our suites on Level 1 with its own bar and a host to look after you throughout the event

  • allocated seating outside the suite

  • VIP wristband and souvenir ticket

You should arrive to the dedicated hospitality entrance at the front of the arena. One of our team will check you in and escort you to the L2 Restaurant for your pre-show meal.

The Suite Experience opens at the same time as the L2 Restaurant. This is usually 5pm but times can change based on show times. You can find all up to date times on the event page of the show you are coming to.
